During Planning
- Available to you by phone or email to answer any questions you may have
- Attend one on-site consultation at the ceremony and reception locations (at least one month out)
- Confirm with all vendors one to two weeks out (via email or phone call)
- Create a master list of all vendors and other important wedding contacts
- Develop and distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors
Rehearsal
- Oversee wedding rehearsal (one hour maximum)
Wedding Day
- Day-of-coordination of vendor services, ceremony, and reception (up to eight hours, additional hours paid per hour)
- Be the key contact for vendors and ensure they are completing all tasks
- Provide onsite crisis management if any issues arise
- Will oversee vendor and décor setup at ceremony and reception sites
- Will facilitate the wedding ceremony
- Will be the liaison between you and wedding vendors
- Will distribute vendor gratuities and final payments
- Overall, make sure everything runs smoothly and on time
